Graduated from Youngstown State University. I have 3 children, 4 grand children and been married for 50 years. Been in the lumber business for 48 years. My passion is creating business relationships thru quality of product, service and trust to maintain long term business relationships.

Is a co-founder of Logs 2 Lumber 2 You with over 45 years of experience in the Hardwood Lumber Industry. Ron values his Relationship with all the vendors, customers, and truckers, while treating everyone with Trust and Respect. Ron makes work FUN ! Ron has a Passion to make sure Logs 2 Lumber 2 You delivers exceptional Quality and Service. Kenneth Walker
Director of Quality Control here at Logs 2 Lumber 2 You. With over 30 years in the hardwood industry-from running logging crews to managing a sawmill-l understand this business inside and out. My military service (Army veteran) instilled a mindset of constant improvement and discipline.
Our mission is simple: to provide "A cut above-best of the best!" That means sourcing those hard-to-find dimensional items and specialty grades that other suppliers miss. We believe repeat business is the greatest form of flattery, and we work every day to earn it. When I'm off the clock, I'm usually hunting or fishing; the quiet time in nature helps me refocus so I can ensure our customers always receive the highest quality product.

Willow Rouben, CFO
Willow brings over 35 years of experience in financial leadership roles and is instrumental in guiding our organization's fiscal strategy and growth.
Originating from New York and now residing in Kentucky, Willow Rouben holds a Masters in Mathematics. Undergraduate from Nottingham University UK, and a Masters from the University of Vermont. Prior to joining our company, she served as an actuary, auditor, corporate tax accountant, and led major initiatives in new business startups and financial restructuring.
